All orders are shipped, after receipt of payment, via GLS, BRT or TNT courier with delivery tracking.

The delivery time is indicated in the individual product. Generally, orders placed before 12.00 leave the same day, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet.

When the material is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment and we will then provide you with a link to track your package online.


Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and transportation costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the shipment.

For some product categories, such as robot cleaners and showers, free shipping is available.

We recommend grouping your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Your order will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items. The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected. If you receive damaged packaging, sign the courier with reservations, specifically indicating the damage to the package, take some photos and promptly send us an email to contatti@vanniniaquaepool.it.

N.B. The robots and pool pumps are shipped with INSURED shipping. It is therefore necessary, upon receipt of the material, to sign with RESERVE TO VERIFICATION OF THE MATERIAL. This is the only way to resolve any transport damage caused by the courier without unpleasant discussions.

To guarantee maximum payment security, online transactions of your purchases on Vannini Aqua & Pools paid by credit card are made via a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This system encrypts the information entered, so as to make it impossible for external users to intercept it.

We accept the following payment methods

Payment by advance bank transfer

If you choose to pay by advance bank transfer you must send proof of the bank transfer by sending the accountant via e-mail to contacts@vanniniaquaepool.it no later than 4 (four) working days from the date of the order and related confirmation . The order will be sent only when the amount due is actually credited to the current account. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer, the holder and further data to refer to will be sent via e-mail after placing the order.

For express delivery of the order we recommend using immediate payment methods such as credit card or PayPal.

Payment by credit card

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and American Express circuits. All information regarding your credit card will in no way be managed by vanniniaquaepool.it.

In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer, before the actual shipment, the amount will be credited back using the same payment method used by the customer. The timing of the operation depends exclusively on the banking system.

Payment with PayPal

In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method you will be directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. Vannini Aqua & Pool is not able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

PayPal Pay in 3 installments on amounts between €30 and €2,000 is also available.

Payment With Satispay

In case of purchase through the Satispay payment method you will have a QR code available to scan with your Smartphone via the Satispay app to make the payment. The amount relating to the order is debited from your Satispay account when the order is acquired. In case of cancellation of the order, before the order is actually shipped, the amount will be refunded to your account. Payment in installments with Findomestic

Choose the freedom to pay for your purchases in convenient installments and with personalized formulas with Findomestic.

After loading the cart with the products you want to purchase, during payment select the "Findomestic Financing" option, choose the installment you prefer and follow the procedure provided by Findomestic. To complete the order you will be transferred to the Findomestic website.

The goods will be shipped after approval of the procedure by Findomestic.
